About
The Pitch
Sine Die Events, LLC is a privately held meeting and event production firm located in Austin, Texas. Sine Die Events specializes in non-profit and corporate event consultation and implementation. From conference services to association general assemblies and board retreats, we strive to be your partner – and an extension of your mission – providing your audience with timely meetings aimed at propelling your issues into action.
We realize that hiring an event planner can be expensive, and a new employee can cost a non-profit an additional 25% to 33% more than their salary when accounting for a comparable benefits package. At Sine Die Events, you have access to seasoned event planners ready to serve so that you can save the overhead costs and put it to use in the way your donors, clients, and members intended – toward your mission.
Sine Die Events is not just an event contractor, we are an extension of your team, helping to achieve the mission of your organization. While we can certainly work on a per event basis, we prefer to be ingrained as part your organization, working to advance the issues that are most important to your constituents.
Finally, we admire the risk of the entrepreneur. There is something about their spirit that is contagious and inspiring. Bootstrapping is something we know very well at Sine Die Events and we want to shoulder those event burdens – whether it’s a press conference, marketing reception, staff retreat, or donor dinner – so you can focus on running your organization.
